In order to facilitate this it establishes, with each of its core customers,
a supply agreement that ensures that all parties are clear with regard to the levels of service that they
should receive and what information needs to be provided in order to enable service and
communication to be maintained at the highest levels. Inspection reports will be provided
to the customer for each and every shipment.

Developments:
GLI has large development centre to creating new collection twice a year .GLI having tannery in Vietnam to do urgent developments in Cow Lining, Goat Uppers, Kid suede & Sheep Uppers.
Quality Assurance :
GLI has a qualified Leather Technical team for Leather inspection with minimum of 5 years experience in the leather industry. All of our supply leather will undergo for 100% which means in inspection pcs by pcs to check and make sure all pcs are meet customer requirements.
Commitment and Delivery:
GLI is very strictly following the commitment of delivery. We have proven records of having satisfied customers by supplying timely shipment and we have proven for our outstanding performance in taking prompt actions and smart decision making.
If any claim happened we will solve them within 2-3 working days from the claim confirmation.
